Mudflap Cajun Chicken Wraps  

   1 to 1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

     head of shredded lettuce

   8 - medium sized flour tortillas

   Mudflap Cajun Kicker

   Mudflap  Prairie Dust

    2 tbsp. vegetable oil

 

  Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and cut into strips, 1 inch wide, 4 inches long

   Pan fry in oil over medium high heat until cooked

   Dust the chicken strips with Prairie Dust after cooking

   Warm tortillas in microwave, spread on plate,

    4 at a time in microwave, high for 20 seconds

    Place shredded lettuce on tortilla

    Add cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and a generous amount of Cajun Kicker

    Fold into wrap, or eat as a taco. Makes approx. 8 wraps. 4 if you stuff 'em

    Wait 72 hours, and repeat
