Mudflap Dry Rub Cheeseburgers: 

(1). Mix 1 1/2 tbsp of Mudflap's Dry Rub Seasoning per 1 pound of lean beef. 

(2). Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour before cooking.  

(3). Shape into patties and place on hot grill or in frying pan until meat is
 well done. (165 deg.)

(4). Remember to lift patties after about 1/2 minutes to keep from sticking or burning.
