Cajun Kicker Omelet in a baggie:

In a quart size zip-lock baggie add:
2- eggs
1- Tbsp Cajun Kicker
To preference add cheese, ham, bacon, peppers, onions, sausage,  mushrooms, etc. Have it your way!
Bring 4- cups of water to a boil in a sauce deep enough to have about 2 inches from top of pan empty.
Squeeze air out of baggie mix by squeezing baggie
Drop in the boiling water for 11 minutes
(If still running put back in water a little longer)
Empty baggie by turning inside out.
