The Mexican Beans and Kielbasa

1 lg. chopped onion
2 Tbsp oil
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 pkg. of Polish kielbasa
4 Tbsp Mudflap Chili Mix
1 1/2 cups of water
1 can red kidney beans (1lb)
1 can pink kidney beans (1lb)
12oz can Rotel tomatoes and green chili

Cook the onion in the oil until translucent add the rest of the ingredients and simmer
in Med Low for one hour.
