(Original) Mudflap Jones Cheese Ball: (simple as 1-2-3)

(1). Start with cream cheese (we use the 1/3 less fat ) and mix in 1 ½ tbsp. of Prairie Dust or Dry Rub

(2). Shape into ball. 

(3). Roll in 2 oz. of finely chopped pecans on a sheet of plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to chill  before serving.
