Southwestern Alfredo w/Chicken or Beef 

 (served with cauliflower and broccoli, over with ziti or spaghettia)

 

Grill Chicken or dredge it in Parmesan and bake it or cook with veggies.
Grilled beef or cook with veggies.
2 1/2 tablespoons pf Butter
splash of olive oil..

sauté' veggies
*sprinkle Mudflap all purpose or Sugar Free Rub, for color and flavor
Then after they are cooked, add one tablespoon of flour
stir then pour 1/2 to a 1/4 of a cup of milk and create a roux
Add 1/3 Cup of parmesan
.
Add hot water if too thick or more flour if too thin..
