2 1/2 tablespoons pf Butter
splash of olive oil..
sauté'
veggies
*sprinkle Mudflap all purpose or Sugar Free Rub, for color and flavor
Then after they are cooked, add one tablespoon of flour
stir then pour 1/2 to a 1/4 of a cup of milk and create a roux
Add 1/3 Cup of parmesan. Add hot
water if too thick or more flour if too thin..
