Use my Sugar Free Seasoning in place of my Dry Rub or Prairie Dust in all of my recipes.
Sugar Free Cheese
Ball: (1). Start with cream cheese (we use the
1/3 less fat ) and mix in 1 Tbsp. of Prairie Dust. (2). Shape into ball.
(3). Roll in 2 oz. of finely chopped pecans on a sheet of plastic wrap and place
in refrigerator to chill before serving. For Original Cheese balls use 1 1/2 Tbsp. of Sugar Free
Seasoning for 8 oz of Cream Cheese.
(Preparation time: 15 minutes)

degrees. (7). Place ribs on grill and remove when color & grill marks look
done. (8). Wrap meat in foil, place in oven on cookie sheet. Remove after
2 hours. (9). Be careful, contents and juice will be very hot! (If you use wood
smoke make it Hickory!)
Sugar
Free Fried Crispy Fried Chicken: (1.) Add 2
tbsp of Sugar Free Barbeque Seasoning together with 3/4 cup of all purpose

Sugar Free Deep Fried Turkey: (1.) Rinse and pat turkey dry. (2.) Remove all parts, neck, heart and liver package. (3.) Sprinkle (do not rub) the Sugar Free Barbeque Seasoning over the entire turkey. Cover and refrigerate over night (for best results). Now your ready to deep fry your turkey at 350 deg for 3 min per pound. Remember to always follow the safety instructions that came with your deep fryer. Note: you can not use Prairie Dust for deep fried turkey, trust me.

Sugar Free Fried Crispy Fried
Chicken: (1.) Add 2 tbsp
of Sugar Free Barbeque Seasoning together with 3/4 cup of all-purpose
flour in a large baggie. This will cover 3 to 4 pieces of chicken. (2.) Make
an "egg wash" of 2 eggs, 1/2 tbsp of milk and 1/2 tbsp of honey;
blend the wash ingredients in a small shallow cake pan. (4.) Dip the
chicken in the egg wash and toss in the baggie of batter and shake until
piece is covered. Remember to make sure your oil is at least 350 deg.
before placing your chicken in the deep fryer or pressure cooker. (5.)
Place chicken in the grease (350 deg.) Until all pieces are floating and
golden brown about 10 to 12 minutes. For pressure cookers at 350 deg. for about
5 to 7 minutes. Another tip to crispy chicken is to drain the grease from
your chicken on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet and keep the chicken warm in
the oven at 150 deg. until ready to serve. If you don't have my Sugar Free
Seasoning you can use my Prairie Dust for this recipe.
